EB-1 Extraordinary Ability
There are three (3) types of EB-1 petitions:
- Alien of Extraordinary Ability EB-1(a) ;
- Outstanding Researcher/Outstanding Professor EB-1(b) ;
- Managers and Executive Transferees EB-1(c), (with requirements similar to L-1);
EB-1 petition does not require a Labor Certification.
- An Alien of Extraordinary Ability, or EB-1(a), classification applies to aliens who can demonstrate that they "have risen to the very top of their field of endeavor.
- An "Outstanding Researcher or Professor" EB-1(b) petition is for those who are internationally recognized as outstanding in a particular scientific or scholarly field.
- The petitioner must present information that will prove her claims. Such as peer-reviewed presentations at symposia, peer-reviewed articles in scholarly journals, entries in a citation index that cite alien's work as authoritative, any documentation of participation as a reviewer for peer-reviewed scholarly journals, testimonials from scholars describing the alien's work as authoritative.
- Recommendation Letters included in the petition and written by either field experts.

Premium Process $1,000
- Gather Documents;
- Attorney evaluation;
- Sign representative Agreement;
- Prepare and submit the completed petition materials to the proper USCIS Service Center; When visa number available, Concurrent Filing of I-140 and I-485;
